We are seeking an ambitious manager to lead and develop our Background Check Specialist team. In this pivotal role, you will not only oversee the daily operations of background check adjudication and data privacy initiatives but also be directly responsible for the growth, performance, and well-being of your specialists. You will be instrumental in fostering a high-performing, resilient team that navigates sensitive information with the utmost discretion and integrity, ensuring a secure and trustworthy environment on the Thumbtack platform.
Actual offered salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as calibrated job level, qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role.
