About the Lifecycle Marketing Tech Team

The Lifecycle Marketing Tech team is part of Thumbtack’s Marketing Technology organization, which builds the systems that power the acquisition and engagement of millions of customers seeking home service professionals. While the broader Marketing Tech org also includes teams focused on Paid Marketing (SEM and O&O channels), the Lifecycle Marketing Tech team owns the platforms that enable personalized, automated, and measurable customer engagement throughout their journey.

With a focus on data, automation, and experimentation, the team develops technology that delivers timely, relevant, and personalized communications — including email campaigns and push notifications — to connect customers with the right content, at the right time, through the right channels.

With continued investments in Marketing Tech, the Lifecycle team is building a foundational Lifecycle platform designed to power more engaging customer experiences through advanced personalization, decisioning, content management, and measurement. These investments will drive growth and help make Thumbtack the #1 destination for customers in need of home care services.
